| 摘 要： | 根据西气东输二线工程的交通网络,结合其可行性分析,制定出钢管订购和运输的管道网络图,利用最短路Floyd算法简化了距离网络,求出最小购运费用矩阵.在此基础之上建立了钢管订购和运输问题的整数非线性规划模型,利用Lingo软件编程求解得出最优的西气东输钢管订购和运输方案,为西气东输二线工程的顺利进行提供了理论依据.
