管窥隋唐时期的收继婚俗

收继婚是一种比较奇异的婚俗,因其与封建礼教相违背,被视为乱伦而遭历代王朝所禁,但在隋唐民族融合文化开放的大背景下,收继婚现象也普遍存在于汉文化繁荣的中原地区。简述了对收继婚的研究现状,并在前人研究成果的基础上阐述了隋唐时期边疆地区以及中原地区的收继婚状况,从少数民族所处的社会经济条件、确保宗种财产延续以及隋唐时期文化回流三方面浅析了收继婚在隋唐时期继续延续进而发展到中原地区的原因。

Analyzing the Levirate Marriage in the Dynasty of Sui and Tang

Levirate Marriage was a relatively strange phenomenon.Under the background of the national integration and the culture opening in the dynasty of Sui and Tang,this phenomenon generally existed in the Central Plains with prosperous Chinese culture,though Levirate Marriage was regarded as incest and was prohibited by past dynasties,which was incompatible with the feudal code of ethics.This paper described the status on the study of Levirate.And based on the results of previous studies,it described the situation of Levirate of the central region and border areas in the dynasty of Sui and Tang.In addition to,it also analyzed the reasons of the further developed Levirate from the following： the socio-economic conditions of ethnic minorities,to ensure the continuation of the clan′s property and cultural reflux.
