| 摘 要： | 在银行、保险、证券以及非银行金融机构等领域中,外资正按照我国金融服务业开放的步伐逐步进入,同时也遇到诸多未曾预料的问题。根据中国加入WTO的承诺与当前金融改革的趋势,短期内政府会出台配合当期形势的偏好性政策,外资金融机构应当注意参与中国金融业的有效路径。

| Abstract: | Foreign financial institutions are entering China's financial service sector as China has gradually opened its financial service industry, including banking, securities and non-bank financial institutions. However, at the same time they are also facing some unexpected problems. According to the commitment that China has made upon joining the World Trade Organization and the trend of the financial reform, the government will put forward some additional policies to coordinate the current situation in the short run, and foreign financial institutions should pay more attention to these shortcuts to entering the market. |
