汽油机燃烧沉积物的热物性及其对传热的影响

摘    要:试验在165F汽车机上进行,发动机运转一定时间后,从缸盖取下燃烧沉积样品,用电子扫描显微镜分析其微结构,用激光热导仪测定沉积物的比热和导热系数,利用表面温度方法研究了燃烧沉积物对燃烧室壁面传热的影响。

Abstract:This paper reports the results of a study on thermal properties of combustiondeposits and their effects on heat transfer to combustion chamber wall in spark ignition engines.The experimental work was carried out on a 165F gasoline engine.The microstructure of the deposits on the cylinder head was studied by a scanning electronic microscope analyser.The specificheat and thermal conductivity of deposits were investigated by a computer-controlled laserthermal diffusivity measuring system.By using the surface temperature method effects of combustion deposits on heat transfer to combustion chamber wall were studied.
