Abstract:The static surface shape of liquid in a 2-dimensional rectangular tank under sub-gravity condition was determined by the method of Runge-Kutta, the evolution of the basic frequency of sloshing liquid was studied by the expansion of the Fourier Series, and the results were compared with those given by others.
