| 摘 要： | 铁胁迫条件下水培黄瓜苗(津研2号)根系大量分泌出质子,使培养液pH值下降。本文记述了测定根系分泌质子的区段定位实验方法——琼脂定位法,通过质子分泌的琼脂定位实验表明:铁胁迫条件下,黄瓜根系分泌质子主要发生在根尖膨大区。

| Abstract: | Iron deficiency stress was induced by culturing cucumber Jin Yan Na 2 in a nutrient with FeCl3 as iron source_ After 4 days of culture, the roots excrete proton to the solution ,the rate of their excretion changed periodically, using pH indicator dye, it could be demonstrated that proton efflux was exactly restricted to the subapical swollen root zone. |
