| Abstract: | In this paper,the condictions of the Potential displacement vector relation only to the free electric charge and the law of distribution of the polarized electric charge are discussed,the conclusion is obtained that the Potential displacement vector concerns not only with the free electric charge,but also with the polarized electric charge. |
