摘    要:本文讨论了电位移矢量仅与自由电荷有关的条件及极化电荷的分布规律,从而得出了电位移矢量一般情况下不仅与自由电荷有关,而且还与极化电荷有关的结论。

Abstract:In this paper,the condictions of the Potential displacement vector relation only to the free electric charge and the law of distribution of the polarized electric charge are discussed,the conclusion is obtained that the Potential displacement vector concerns not only with the free electric charge,but also with the polarized electric charge.
