技术知识特性、知识整合能力和效果的关系--一个新的理论框架

高科技企业的生存和发展越来越依赖于技术知识的积累与发展。研究表明,不论是显性或隐性的知识,都必须依靠知识整合的力量,尤其是部门间合作与部门内知识的系统整合,才能转化为企业的竞争力。由于不同企业的技术知识的构成和特征存在着很大的差异,知识整合的有效方式、机制和整合的效果之间也就存在着很大的差异。基于前人的研究成果和理论分析,构建了一个技术知识特征、知识整合能力和效果之间关系的模型。

Characteristics of Technological, Capabilities of Knowledge Integration and results of Knowledge Integration:a New Theoretical Framework

The high-tech enterprise's survival and the development rely more and more on the accumulation and the development of the technological knowledge.The research indicated that,no matter the explicit knowledge or the tacit knowledge,in order to change the knowledge into enterprise's competitive competence,all must depend upon the power of knowledge integration,in particular in the cross-department cooperation and the department's systematic knowledge integration.As different enterprise have the different technical knowledge constitutions and the characteristics,the effective way of the knowledge integration,the integration mechanism and the result of the knowledge integration can bedifference.In this article,based on the predecessor's research,we constructed a theoretical model about the relationship between the characteristics of technological knowledge,knowledge integration and operation characteristics of knowledge.
