摘    要:提出一种基于波前径向斜率测量原理的适用于测量大口径成像光学系统像差的自基准新方法.用该方法毋需任何人工或天然的无限远目标或标准大平面反射镜提供测量基准.理论分析和实验结果表明,此方法的技术可行性强,波像差测量灵敏度与干涉法相当,而对工作环境和光源无苛刻要求,可用于特大口径光学系统,如航天遥感相机、天文望远镜和大口径抛物面镜等大型光学系统的像质检测,也可用于主动光学系统的波前传感.

Abstract:Based on the radial slope testing of wavefront, a novel self referenced wave aberration testing method is suggested. Its outstanding feature lies in that it is independant of the existence of a natural or artificial infinite object or a large sized standard flat mirror as the reference. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that it has fine technical feasibility and as high a sensitivity as a conventional interferometer, while there is no strict demands on environmental conditions and the light source. The technique can be applied in optical alignment and testing of optical systems having extreme apertures, such as remote sensing cameras in space technology, astronomical optical telescopes, paraboloidal mirrors etc., and for the wavefront sensing of active optical systems as well.
