| 摘 要： | 本文对国内A,B两厂和美国Norton公司的六种砂带进行了磨削性能的实验研究。利用轮廓法和显微镜观察等手段,从砂带制造角度探讨了造成这些砂带磨削性能差异的原因及提高国产砂带磨削性能的途径,并分析了砂带磨削性能随磨削时间的变化规律,初步揭示了砂带的金属去除机理和磨损机理。

| Abstract: | Six models of abrasive bells, made by two Chinese factories and by the Norton Co., U.S.A., respectively,were investigated for their grinding abilities. With the purpose of improving the grinding ability of domestic abrasive belts the results are compared with each other through surface morphology measurement and microscopic observation and analyzed from the point of view of manufacturing process. The changes of grinding ability with time increased are discussed to reveal the mechanism of metal removal by abrasive belt and that of wearing. |
