| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济的初步形成，要求建立与之相配套的竞技体育科研服务体系。我国现行的体育科研服务体系是传统的计划经济下的产物，虽然对我国竞技体育的发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献，但随着市场经济的确立和国际竞技体育的高速发展，已经不能完全适应形势的发展。本文依据国内外相关文献和部分专家的意见，对建设我国竞技体育科研服务体系，提高服务质量等诸多方面，提出自己的看法，供有关方面参考。

| Abstract: | According to principium forming of market economic in socialism, it asked to build the system of sports scientific research in sports matching to its. The actual system is the production of planned economy, which although had made contribute to Chinese sports, but couldn't entirely adapt to the development of situation. Depending on the literature and suggestion form some expert, this article try to put forward some opinion about constructing the system of sports scientific research nowadays ,raising the serving quality. |
