反射式计算机光学元件的优化设计

摘    要:为了避免元件的相位初始值对设计的影响,提出了利用后退波的概念对反射式计算机光学元件的优化设计方法,不需设定相位初始值,就可实现元件的设计。计算机模拟计算结果表明,该方法设计的反射式元件不仅能用于光波,也能用于毫米波段,且具有较高的精度,证明此方法是有效的。

Abstract:To avoid the impact of initial phase to the design,an optimum method for designing reflective computer optical element is proposed with the concept of backward wave.Design of the element is realized without the setting of the initial phase.Computer simulation calculation indicates that the reflective element designed with this method can be used not only in light wave but also in millimeter wave band,and it is high accuracy.It is showed that the optimum design method is effective.
