摘    要:针对陶瓷膜支撑体材料的脆性问题,研究添加适量氧化锆粉体来改善多孔氧化铝陶瓷支撑体的断裂韧性。采用干压成型法,分别在1400°C、1450°C、1500°C、1550°C、1600°C烧后得到相应的支撑体,考察各支撑体的断裂韧性,以及各支撑体的孔隙率和抗折强度随氧化锆添加量的变化规律,采用XRD(X-raydiffraction)物相分析手段对氧化锆增韧多孔氧化铝陶瓷的增韧机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明:1600°C热处理后,当YSZ含量为6wt%时,支撑体的抗折强度和断裂韧性值最大,分别为137MPa和2.5MPa.m1/2,其中,t-ZrO2转变为m-ZrO2是支撑体断裂韧性提高的根本原因。

Abstract:Compared w ith the support s w itho ut YSI pow der s, the impro vement s of f racture toughness for macroporous alumina ceramic support s by doping Y2O3stabilized ZrO2 ( YSZ) pow ders w ere invest igated by the dry prassing method. The ef fect of YSZ content on the apparent poro sity, the bending st reng th and the fr actur e toug hness of the suppo rt s heated at 1 400 °C , 1 450 °C , 1 500°C , 1 550 °C and 1 600 °C w ere obtained. The XRD analy sis result s show that YSZ pow ders play an important role in the increments o f the mechanical propert ies, especially in the increment of the f racture toughness, that the opt imum values ex ist w hen the amo unt of YSZ is 6 w t% in the suppo rt s prepared at 1600 °C , and the corr espo nding fracture toughness and bending st rength are 2. 5 MPa·m1/ 2and 137 MPa respectively , and that the phase t ransformat ion of t-ZrO2 into m-ZrO2 is the main cause which impr oves the fr acture toug hness of Al2O3 / YSZ suppor ts
