摘    要:修正和完善了有偏压的光伏光折变晶体中空间孤子的空间电荷场理论,通过对有偏压的光伏光折变晶体中低振幅明孤子的自偏转进行的研究,得到了孤子光束中心的运动呈抛物线型,并且这束中心光的空间频率分量随传播距离发生线性移动,当光伏效应可忽略时,低振幅明的子的自偏转就转化为低振幅屏蔽孤子的自偏转,它的空间电荷场就转化为屏蔽孤子的空间电荷场;当外偏压为0时,它的空间电荷场就转化为闭路和开路光伏孤子的空间电荷场,它

Abstract:Modified space charge field is presented for biased photorefractive photovoltaic crystals. When the external electric field is absent, there prevails the space charge field of photovoltaic solitons in closed and open circuit. The self deflection of steady state bright spatial solitons arising from diffusion effects is investigated using perturbation analysis for the low amplitude regime in biased photorefractive photovoltaic crystals. Predicted are the center of the optical beam moving on a parabolic trajectory and the central spatial frequency component shifting linearly with the propagation distance. The soliton wavelength division multiplexing device may be made by using the self deflection of the spatial solitons in biased photorefractive photovoltaic crystals.
