关于教育若干问题的思考

教育应该使受教育者真正实现个性的张扬、人性的回归，实现人的全面发展；教师在教育活动中的核心角色是”育人者”。教师在对学生的人格教育中应注意重点培养学生的自我调节与控制能力以及独立思考自主判断能力等四方面的问题：在推进素质教育中面临着来自学生家长和来自考试评价制度两方面的阻力。

Reflections on Some Education Matters

In the process of education,pupils should indeed realize the publicity of personality,the return of hu- manity,and the comprehensive development,and so on.In the educational activities,teacher's major role ised- ucator.In the education of personality,students must be trained and developed to achieve self-adjustment abili- ty,self-control ability,and the ability of independent adjustment.The resistance of promoting quality education comes from the students' parents and the evaluation of examination.
