摘 要: | 本文介绍一种新的微量光度技术——纸上吸光光度法。样品与显色剂反应,生成难溶配合物,后者由微量吸滤管收集在滤纸上,形成固定面积的圆形斑点,用721型分光光度计、双波长吸光度差值法定量测定。本方法灵敏度高,检出限可超过ppb级。精密度在1%~4%之间。应用这种方法测定了水中痕量 Ni(Ⅱ)、A g(Ⅰ) 和 F e(Ⅲ)。

Abstract: | A new methos of microspectrphotometry-paper absorptionspectrophotometry is introduced in the article. The component introduced of the sample solution is precipitated with spectrop-hotometric reagents. The precipitation,through a filter pipette, is collected on a piece of filter paper as a colour fleck which has a fixed diameter of 8mm. The fleck is then measured by dualwavelength △A method with 721-spectrophometer. The precision varies from 1 % to 4%, and the sensitivity of the mathod is promising. |
