摘    要:生物学作为一门应用性、实践性和实验性极强的学科 ,在基础教育阶段 ,人们对实验教学的重视程度越来越高。新的教学大纲以及新的教材体系也充分显示了对实验的重视。包括一些新的学习方法的提出 ,象探究性学习、研究性学习、创新性学习等等在教学中的运用 ,使得人们重新审视实验在生物学中的地位。由此也对于从事基础生物学教学的老师提出了新的更高的要求 ,老师必须具备极高的从事实验操作和实验教学以及科学研究能力 ,才可能胜任当前的基础教育改革形势 ,这无疑也对高师人才的培养体系和培养方式提出了新要求。分析形势我们会发现高师有很多地方与基础生物学不适应 ,需要高师加大实验改革力度以与基础生物学接轨。

Abstract:Since biology is a subject of high appliance, practice and experimentation, people are laying more and more stresses on experiment teaching in the stage of fundamental education now. The new teaching curriculum and the new teaching material system also clearly demonstrate more attention is paid to experiments. Many new learning methods have been proposed, such as explorative leaning, study learning and creative learning, etc. The application of these new methods in teaching urges us to reevaluate the status of experiment in biology, and also has more demands on teachers who are engaged in teaching of fundamental biology. Teachers in this field must acquire good competence to undertake experimental operation, experimental teaching and experimental scientific research. These undoubtedly will put new demands on the training system and training pattern of normal universities. Having analyzed this situation, the paper finds that there are many aspects lying in the system of normal universities which are unfit for the teaching of fundamental biology. Reform of experiment in normal universities must be strengthened so as to meet the fundamental biology experiments.
