216例新生儿窒息合并心肌损伤的护理体会

目的：总结216例新生儿窒息合并心肌损伤患儿的急救和护理,不断提高新生儿窒息的急救和护理技术,有效降低新生儿的死亡率。方法：及时标准化复苏;选择有效给氧方式,加强保暖,维持机体内环境稳定和保护心肌;适时开奶、科学喂养,严密观察、精心护理。结果：216例中除6例死亡,5例放弃治疗外,其余病例经7～15d治疗和护理,全部治愈出院。结论：新生儿心肌细胞修复和再生能力强,只要得到及时有效的治疗和精心护理,可以达到有效降低新生儿死亡率的目的。

The first aid treatment of cardiac muscle injury caused by suffocation contraction in 216 cases of newborn babies

Objective: Sum up the experience of giving emergency aid to 216 cases of newborn babies inflicted with cardiac muscle injury caused by suffocation contraction,increasingly improve the first-aid and nursing skills,and effectively reduce the mortality rate of newborn babies.Methods: Timely standard resuscitation,effective way of oxygen uptake,keep warm,keep internal environment steady-going and protect cardiac muscle;nurse the baby in time,feed properly,observe closely,and attend to the baby carefully.Results: Of the 216 cases,6 died,5 gave up treatment,the rest were cured and left hospital after proper treatment and nursing in 7-15 days.Conclusion: Newborn babies' cardiac muscle is strong in regeneration,so timely and effective treatment and nursing will remarkably reduce the death rate.
