摘    要:本文以汽轮机转子用钢26Cr2Ni4MoV为对象,研究了重复、阶梯、升梯、降梯四种不同热处理工艺对奥氏体再结晶消除组织遗传的影响规律.试验结果表明,奥氏体再结晶是消除组织遗传的有效方法之一;不同加热制度均可使奥氏体晶粒度由1级细化到7~9级

Abstract:his paper studies the influence of the four types of heat treatment, such as repettition, ladder-temperature, raising ladder temperature and reducing ladder-temperature haet treatment, to Austenite spontaneity recrystalliztion eliminate the structure inheritance, about the 26 Cr2N4MoV steel. It is denoted that austenite spontaneity recrystalliztion is one of the effective method of eliminating the structure inheritance. The austenite srain size is changed from one grad into seven-nine grad.
