摘    要:以无标记生物检测引起的探针挠度为未知量,放弃单向受力假设,建立了在杂交表面应力和热载荷作用下生物探针纳米力学行为的连续介质力学层合梁模型.分别采用线性和均匀温度场模拟了生物探针在生物化学反应中的瞬态和稳态温度分布,从而解释了Fritz有关DNA分子杂交实验中的双金属效应.

Abstract:Abandoning the uniaxial stress assumption,a continuum laminated beam model in terms of deflection induced by label-free biodetections is set up to study nanomechanical behaviors of a biodetector subjected to hybridization surface stresses and thermal loads.Linear and uniform temperature fields are used separately to simulate transient and steady temperature distributions in biochemical reactions in order to explain the bimetallic effects in Fritz's experiments on DNA hybridizations.
