| 摘 要： | 分析了贵重仪器设备共享工作中存在的宣传不够、程序复杂、激励措施不够等问题,并针对以上问题,指出了应该加强宣传力度、简化工作流程、增强激励措施等改革方法,以上改革已在实践中取得初步成效。
