| 摘 要： | 在浑江吉林省段有机污染物自净规律研究基础上，采用逆推法，计算了主要污染物ＣＯＤｃｒ和挥发酚的环境容量以及污水达标排放时的污水允许排放量和污染物允许排放量，提出了主要污染物排放总量容量控制目标。 |

| Abstract: | On the basis of studying on self-purificition law of organic pollutants in Hunjiang river in Jilin province, this paper adopted converse inference and calculated environmental capacity of major pollutants such as COD cr and volatile, permissible amount of wastewater and pollutants discharged in meeting discharge standards. The goals controlled by the capacity of the total amount of major pollutants discharged were put forward. |
