在Ti阴极上还原草酸制乙醛酸的探讨

摘    要:本文研究以Ti代替pb作为还原草酸制乙醛酸的阴极材料。实验结果证明:机械强度、电导率、抗腐蚀能力,Ti均优于pb。在相同槽电压下,Ti阴极的电流密度远高于pb,可获较高电流效率,并可在不添加任何助剂情况下,直接电解纯草酸液,产品分离可简化。

Abstract:In this paper, the cathode material of Ti, instead of Pb, for the electroreduction of oxalic to glyoxalic acid was investigated. The experimental results showed: some qualites of Ti were better than that of Pb,such as machanieal strength, electroconductivity, anticorrosive ability.Under the same bath voltage, the electricity density of Ti cathode was far higher than that of Pb cathode, so that for Ti cathode there was the higher electricity efficiency. Because the electrolytic solution without any assistant agent could be directly electrolyzed when Ti as the cathode, the separation of the product could be simplified.
