紫杉细胞生长过程与营养物质消耗的动态研究

摘    要:对紫杉 B10细胞系进行悬浮培养 ,并对其生长过程与营养物质的消耗过程进行了测定。结果显示 :紫衫细胞在改良 B5培养基中 ,对于碳源、硝态氮、磷以及钙、镁、钾等营养物质的消耗并不是均匀的 ,虽然培养液中的碳源和钙可以满足细胞生长速度的需要 ,但氮、磷、钾在细胞快速生长前期已经被消耗殆尽 ,后期开始出现镁离子含量不足。因此可以证明培养液中的氮、磷、钾含量不足是影响细胞快速增殖的主要因素

Abstract:The kinetics of Taxus cell growth and nutrient consumption was investigated using a suspension culture of Taxus cell B10. In improved B5 medium, the consumption of nutrients such as carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, and potassium was not uniform in the cell growth process. The results showed that carbon and calcium levels in the medium were sufficient for the cell needs, while the nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium were depleted before the cell entered the rapid growth period, and the magnesium was depleted in the late rapid growth period. Therefore, the scarcity of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the medium is the main factor affecting rapid propagation of the cells.
