| 摘 要： | 从高校科研管理创新体系入手，分析了科研管理创新的构架、创新的内容、创新原则以及当前应强化的几种创新意识。全面论述了创新体系的思想基础，形成过程以及发展趋势，是今后高校科研管理创新的重要途径。对于建立国家创新体系，实施科教兴国战略有着重要现实意义。 |

| Abstract: | The frame,confents principles of scientific reserch management in college creativity and some creative consciousness which should be strengthened at present from creative system of scientific research management and also comprehensively discussed the thinking basis,evolving process and development trend of creative system, which is an important pathway of scientific research management in college creativity in future are analysed.It has important practical significance for establishing state creative system and carrying out the strategy 'developing science and education for the prosperity of the nation'. |
