| 摘 要： | 文章提出了一个基于神经网络的知识管理评估模型,介绍了它的评价原理和学习算法,并介绍了一个在MATLAB软件上实现的实例;企业可以利用该评估模型对企业知识管理的效果进行大致的评估,为企业决策层提供参考。
