| 摘 要： | Chemerin主要由脂肪细胞分泌的新型脂肪细胞因子,具有多种生物学功能,在肥胖和胰岛素抵抗中发挥一定生理效应。本文主要从Chemerin与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、2型糖尿病、炎症的关系及运动对Chemerin的影响进行综述,为肥胖及肥胖相关疾病的运动治疗提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Chemerin,as a newly discovered Adipocytokine,which is secreted by adipocyte has a variety of biological functions.It plays a certain physiological effect in obesity and insulin resistance.This article reviews the relationship between Chemerin and obesity,insulin resistance,type 2 diabetes mellitus,and inflammation, and the effect of exercise on Chemerin.This provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of exercise of obesity and obesity related diseases. |
