水中铜含量不同检测方法不确定度评定的差异性分析

摘    要:选用扩展不确定度为0.015μg/m L的铜标准样品进行实验,用原子吸收光谱仪的火焰法和石墨炉法分别进行测定,并对实验过程引入的不确定度进行评定。结果发现检测结果均在标准样品标准值不确定度范围内,火焰法和石墨炉法不确定评定结果分别为0.016μg/m L和0.018μg/m L,分析表明检测方法、不确定度评定方法的不同会导致不确定度评定结果存在一定的差异,但差异值很小,经t检验,不同检测方法的不确定度之间不存在显著性差异。

Abstract:The standard sample which expanded uncertainty is 0.015ug/mL was selected to experiment,the metal content were determined through flame and graphite furnace method of atomic absorption spectrometry respectively.The uncertainty introduced in the experimental process were evaluated.The results show that the test results are within the scope of the standard uncertainty of standard sample.Uncertainty evaluation results for flame and graphite furnace were 0.016μg/mL and 0.018μg/mL respectively.Analysis indicates that different test method and different uncertainty evaluation method can lead to different assessment results,w hile the differences are within the acceptable range.There are no substantial difference between the uncertainty of different test methods.
