摘    要:本文阐述了基于CIM-OSA框架的集成化制造系统模。它的建模框架基于一个集成模型的四个建模视图:功能视图、信息视图、资源视图和组织视图。功能视图是以围绕中心的四个基本结构的建模方法来建立制造系统的功能与行为模型,四个基本结构分别是:事件、过程、作业和操作;信息视图是基于结构化的面向对象的模型以信息元素、对象视图和企业对象的形式表述事务数据与信息;资源视图描述制造系统的被动的和主动的资源;组织视图定义模型不同部分的责任和权力,以及以组织单元、组织细胞表示的结构。

Abstract:This paper expounds the integrated manufacturing system model based on CIM-OSA.Its modeling framework is based on four modeling views of a integrated model:the Function View, the Information View, the Resource View and the Organization View.The Function View is based on a modeling approach that four basic constructs round the center to model manufacturing system functionality and behavior: event, process, activity, and operation.The Information View is based on a structurally object oriented model to present business data and information in the form of information element, object view, and enterprise object.The Resource View describes passive and active resources of the manufacturing system.The Organization View defines responsibilities and authorities of various parts of the model as well as the organization structure in terms of organization units and organization cells.
