| 摘 要： | 本文从人性系统的角度考察了休闲的人性根据和意义，以及人性通过休闲能达的境界，认为休闲是人性系统内在生命与身心的和谐，社会关系及心理精神的和谐，人与外部自然、社会的和谐，以及这种和谐不断提升的趋势、状态和境界。
