无机胶凝沙漠绿化砖制备及其性质的研究

摘    要:采用模压成型方式制备沙漠绿化砖,分析无机胶凝剂用量、固化剂浓度、固化时间3个因素对绿化砖抗压强度、密度和吸水率的影响,从而确定最佳的工艺参数.正交实验结果表明:制备每块绿化砖的最佳的工艺参数为沙子12 kg,无机胶凝剂1 500 mL,固化剂浓度2.5 mol/L,固化时间45 min.但在实际生产过程中,考虑到节约成本和效率问题,固化剂浓度可以降低到1 mol/L、固化时间缩短为5 min.同时证明,添加一定量的膨润土,可以在保证抗压强度不受影响的情况下有效达到节约成本的目的.

Abstract:Greening bricks are prepared using the compression molding method, the influences of three factors including gelling agent dosage, curing agent concentration and curing time on the compressive strength, density and water absorption of the greening bricks are analyzed, so that the optimum process parameters are confirmed. Orthogonal experimental result shows that 12 kg sand, 1 500 mL sodium silicate, curing agent concentration of 2.5 mol/L and curing time of 45 rain are the optimum process parameters. Concerning the cost and efficiency in practical production, however, reasonable process parameters are 12 kg sand, 1 500mL sodium silicate, curing agent concentration of 1 mol/L and curing time of 5 min. With unaffected compressive strength, the purpose of cost saving can be achieved by addition a certain amount of bentonie.
