| 摘 要： | 高中篮球队是我国高校篮球队的后备军,高中篮球队的训练过程具有承上启下的关键性作用.我国大学生篮球运动(简称CUBA联赛)水平的提高在很大程度上有赖于高中阶段的训练成果,而高中阶段的训练质量如何关键又取决于教练员的训练水平.通过问卷调查法和访谈法对我国高中篮球教练的执教能力进行分析,对我国高中篮球教练员的执教状况做出客观评价,提出为提高我国高中篮球教练员的执教能力的政策建议.
