| 摘 要： | 讨论了冲天炉炉后实现自动加料的方法，并论述了如何利用可编程控制器控制冲天炉炉后自动顺序加料及其软件的编制。研究认为，使用可编程控制器对炉后加料进行控制，可以提高加料的精度，减小炉前铁水化学成分的波动，从而提高铸件的质量。

| Abstract: | The automatic loading way of the cupola is discribed.It has discussed how to usethe programming controller for the cupola automatic orderly loading and the software pro-gramming process is given. It is considered ,with the programming controller to control thecupola loading process ,that the loading accuracy,the chemical composition fluctuation ofmelted iron and thus the quality of the casting can be all improved. |
