| 摘 要： | 通过对立项、实施、鉴定、获奖、档案等科研管理过程的分析，提取了科研管理过程中的一般性及其通用性的数据结构，依此研制出的科研管理信息系统，包含了数据录入、数据查询、报表制作、系统维护、系统服务等功能，具有适应面广，通用性强等特点。
