摘    要:介绍一种碳氢元素分析仪装置的设计,在实验室条件下对仪器进行了精密度和准确度测量以及仪器的稳定性测量。该设备精密度和准确度符合国家标准,稳定性好。此外对仪器进行了现场工程应用,在重庆楠硐矿务局煤炭研究中心对仪器进行了7种用户样、12种标煤和1种标准物质的现场试验,该化验室的用户样含碳量在30%~85%,而标煤的含碳量在60%~80.20%,在标定曲线时采用了样重为50mg的EDTA参入曲线的标定,以保证标定曲线覆盖用户样测量范围。其碳氢实验结果的精密度和准确度均符合国标要求。

Hydrocarbon element analyzer - Design and Application of Nan Underground Mining
Abstract:This paper describes a hydrocarbon elemental analyzer device design. Under laboratory conditions we carried out the instrument precision and accuracy of measurements and stability of the instrument measurements. After measuring the following conclusions: Equipment precision and accuracy in line with national standardsand good stability. In addition, we conducted a field instrument engineering application testing, in Chongqing Nan Underground Coal Mining Research Centre of the instrument for seven kinds of user samples, 12 kinds of standard coal, and one kind of standardfield test substance, since the users of laboratory like carbon content of 30% to 85%, while the carbon content of coal from 60% to 80.20%, in the calibration curve, we have adopted a kind of re-incorporation of 50mg of EDTA calibration curve, in order to ensure the user calibration curves covered sample measurement range. After testing, the experimental results hydrocarbon instrument precision and accuracy requirement sare in line with the national standard.
