基于天气特征的终端区航路状态研究

摘    要:恶劣天气是影响航空运输安全和造成航班延误的重要因素。本文分析了恶劣天气与终端区航路状态之间的关系,根据天气雷达回波图,生成了能够与航路进行融合分析的动态天气网格,研究提出了8个与航路状态可能相关的天气特征,并给出了相应的计算模型和互信息验证方法。通过厦门终端区的算例分析,表明提出的特征度量是有效的。

Abstract:Severe weather is an important factor of air transport safety and flight delays. This paper focuses on the relationship between weather conditions and the state of routes in terminal area. Based on the basic reflectivity map of weather radar, generated the dynamic weather grid which could be used to integrate route into weather conditions and analyze, and proposed 8 weather features which may associate with the route state. Then applied Mutual Information theory to make a horizontal comparison of them. The results show that the proposed features are effective.
