压气机叶栅间隙流动的数值研究

摘    要:通过加装叶顶小翼来控制叶栅间隙的气体流动已受到广泛关注。本文采用计算流体力学方法,对叶顶间隙流动进行数值模拟。结果表明,加装吸力面小翼可以延缓间隙泄漏涡的形成,降低泄漏涡的强度。在不同的叶顶间隙下,吸力面小翼的加装都能相应地降低泄漏涡的强度。在降低叶顶泄漏涡与主流混合损失的同时,提高了叶栅的气动性能。

Abstract:Using blade tip winglet to control the tip leakage flow field of cascade has been concerned. The numerical simulation has been carried out to investigate the effects of tip clearance flow. The simulation results show that suction-side winglet can retard leakage vortex formation and reduce leakage vortex strength. All of the tip winglet with different clearances can reduce tip leakage mass flow,and reduce losses of tip leakage vortex mixing with the mainstream,improve the aerodynamic performancen of the cascade.
