摘    要:空中交通管制的核心任务是保证飞行安全,提高航班的运行效率。在航空器进场过程中,很多因素会导致航空器不能严格按照计划航线飞行。由于传统的航迹聚类分析没有将航空器进场飞行当作一个过程来考虑,缺乏时间信息,为了更加符合实际运行情况,本文采用时间窗、空间聚类的方法,合理地提取出了航空器在进场飞行过程中每一分钟的标准中心航迹。然后采用双调和样条插值法计算出了在整个空域内航班进场过程的航迹分布概率。实验表明,此方法快速有效,更加符合管制指挥的实际情况。

Abstract:The core task of Air Traffic Control is to ensure flight safety and to improve operation efficiency. In process of approaching, many factors can cause the aircraft not flight strictly in accordance with the planned route. In the same, because of the traditional trajectory clustering analysis did not looked the aircraft approaching as a process to consider and it lack of time information, in order to simulate more realistic, a method of spatial clustering with time windows was proposed in this paper. And a reasonable approach standard center trajectory in every minute was extracted. Then using biharmonic spline interpolation method, we calculate the entire airspace approach procedure trajectory distribution probability. The results show that this method is fast and effective, more in line with the actual situation of air traffic command and control.
