低热值煤气发电厂污染物排放特征

摘    要:通过对荒煤气发电厂烟囱进行监测,分析在未经采取污染物治理措施的情况下,利用低热值荒煤气进行发电时所产生的主要大气污染物的排放特征,并对主要污染物排放系数进行估算。结果表明,荒煤气电厂主要污染物的排放浓度为:烟尘浓度在49mg?m-3~71mg?m-3之间,平均64mg?m-3;SO2浓度范围在327mg?m-3~605mg?m-3之间,平均为508mg?m-3;NOx的浓度范围在531mg?m-3~788mg?m-3之间,平均为708mg?m-3;烟尘排放量在21g?h-1~37g?h-1之间,其平均排放量为32g?h-1;SO2排放量为157g?h-1~297g?h-1之间,平均排放量253g?h-1;NOx的排放量为239g?h-1~403g?h-1之间,其平均排放量为353g?h-1;烟尘排污系数在0.21g?(kw?h)-1~0.37g?(kw?h)-1之间,平均0.32g?(kw?h)-1;SO2排污系数在1.57g?(kw?h)-1~2.97g?(kw?h)-1之间,平均2.53g?(kw?h)-1;NOx排污系数在2.39g?(kw?h)-1~4.03g?(kw?h)-1之间,平均3.53g?(kw?h)-1。

Abstract:this paper mainly analyzed the air pollutant concentration and emissions of the calorific-value gas power plant which utilized the coal gas that without take pollutant treatment measures of semi coke production, and the emission coefficient are calculated. The results showed that the concentration of smoke dusk is between 49mg?m-3 and 71mg?m-3, its average value is 64mg?m-3, SO2 concentration range is 327mg?m-3 to 605mg?m-3, the mean value is 508mg?m-3, and from 531mg?m-3 to 788mg?m-3 of NOx concentration which mean value is 708mg?m-3. The emissions of smoke dust is between 21g?h-1 and 37g?h-1, its average is 32g?h-1; SO2 emissions from 157g?h-1 to 297g?h-1, its mean is 253g?h-1,NOx emissions from 239g?h-1 to 403g?h-1, its average emissions is 353g?h-1. the emission coefficient of smoke dust is 0.21g?(kw?h)-1~0.37g?(kw?h)-1, the average is 0.32g?(kw?h)-1, SO2 emission coefficient is 1.57g?(kw?h)-1~2.97g?(kw?h)-1, its mean value is 2.53g?(kw?h)-1 and the NOx emission coefficient is 2.39g?(kw?h)-1~4.03g?(kw?h)-1,its average value is 3.53g?(kw?h)-1.
