苯并三氮唑添加剂对硬质合金钴元素浸出的影响

摘    要:通过浸泡试验考察了切削液添加剂三乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑对硬质合金钴元素浸出的影响。试验结果表明:三乙醇胺与钴离子形成配合物进入溶液而使钴浸出,苯并三氮唑与钴离子形成配合物薄膜覆盖在硬质合金表面而阻止钴离子浸出。

Abstract:This text studied the triethanolamine and benzotriazole's influence on cobalt leaching from cemented carbide by soaking test.The results showed that triethanolamine can produce complex compound into solution that makes cobalt leach,benzotriazole and cobalt may generate complex compound film covering on cemented carbide which inhibits cobalt leaching.
