| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展 ,与经济建设最为紧密、最为直接的高等职业技术教育作用越来越突出 ,而办好高职教育的关键在于师资队伍建设。实践证明 ,初稿“青蓝工程”和“名师工程”是加强师资队伍建设的有效途径。

| Abstract: | With the development of society, the roles of higher vocational technology education(HVTE), which is directly related to the economic construction, are more and more outstanding;and the key to the development of HVTE is to strengthen the construction of teaching staff. It has been proved that the effective way of strengthening the construction of teaching staff is to perform "qing-lan project"(experienced teachers guide the new teachers)and "master project". |
