一步法炼锑新工艺的研究

摘    要:一步法炼锑工艺属酸性湿法炼锑,在同一设备完成辉锑矿的电氯化浸出与电积。锑一次浸出率大于98%,阴极电效大于95%,吨锑直流电耗低于1250kwh,阴极锑质量达国标(GB1599-79)二号锑。研究了浸出反应机理和影响浸出率的主要因素,选择了一种适用的新型阴离子交换膜MR866,同时该工艺避了爆锑生成。

Abstract:A new direct method of antimony production was reported. The methodmay be classified as a branch of acid hydrometallurgy for antimony. The electrochloridizing,leach of stibnite and electrowinning of antimony were carried out in anidentical equipment. The single leaching efficiency of 'antimony is over 98%,cathodecurrent efficiency over 95%,the energy consumption of direct current is below 1250kwh per ton cathode antimony,and the quality of cathode antimony corresponds tothe #2 antimony according to the national stsndards of China (GB 1599-79). Themechanism of leaching reactions and the main factors effecting leaching efficiencyhave been investigated. A new anion--exchange membrane was selected as the membrane of electrolytic cell. The method can avoid the generation of explosive antimony.
