SFRC自防水屋面板试验研究和对规程算式之商榷

摘    要:在SFRC自防水预应力预制屋面板的试验基础上,进行了数理统计分析和理论研究,研究结果证明受弯构件正截面承载能力与抗裂弯矩均远远超过按SFRC设计施工规程的计算值,作者提出了修改规程公式的建议,根据试验结果,保证正常使用的抗渗性能满足要求,由于防水层的取消,采用这种屋面板可以降低造价并减轻自重。

Abstract:ased on the experiment of SFRC waterproof prestressed precast roof slab,the mathematical statistical analysis and theoretical study are performed. The results proved that the flexcural strength and cracking load(moment) far exceed the calculated value according to SFRC code(CECS 38: 92). The author puts forward a proposal about the improvement for SFRC code.The serviceability and watertightness requirement can be satisfactory from test. It costs less and reduces dead weight to build this kind of roof because the waterproofer could be canceled.
