摘    要:本文针对Koivo自校正算法在消除系统静差方面的不足,提出了改进的算法.数字仿真和现场调试结果表明,改进后的控制算法在Intel 8031单片微机上就能有效地实现多台炉温的多变量自适应控制.为克服计算机集中控制多台热处理炉可靠性低、不易扩展等缺点,本系统还采用二级分布式控制结构.

Abstract:The temperature control of heat treatment furnaces is a multivari-able stochastic system of which model parameters slowly vary with time.Ad-aptive control should be applied for getting better performence of heat trea-tment.The multi-variable self-tuning controller(STC)given by Koivo(1)hasthe disadvantage of eliminating offsets.In this paper an improved algorithm is pre-sented to deal with offsets.In order to avoid low reliability and poor flexibilityof the centralized control-system,a two-level distributed control-system wereused.Digital simulation and actual tests were carried out with the new algorithmThe results show that the improved algorithm can effectively be applied on STCof temperature of heat treatment furnaces by a single-chip microcomputerusing Intel 8031 as its central unit.
