钢-玻璃钢混合抽油杆柱动特性的计算机模拟

摘    要:针对长冲程抽油机系统中抽油杆柱光杆的已知运动特性,多级抽油杆柱在油井下的实际工况及多级钢-玻璃钢混合抽油杆柱的杆径和杆长参数,建立多级混合抽油杆柱有限元模型和确定边界条件,用有限元软件按不同时间段分别对钢-玻璃钢混合杆柱和多级钢杆柱的动态特性进行计算机模拟,分析比较了两者的动态特性和对悬点载荷与冲程的影响,较精确描述了抽油杆柱在运动过程中的各点处的运动及应力随时间变化的动态特性。

Abstract:In light of the kinetic characteristics of the polished rod and actual working conditions of the sucker rod string in hole, a finite element model of a multi-stage sucker rod string of compound steel-glass fiber is made. The boundary conditions are determined. Its transient kinematics and dynamitic characteristics are simulated in an environment of the finite element software at different time periods. The kinematics parameters and stress vs. time characteristic curve at the every nod of the rod string are described accurately. The kinetic characteristic at the ends of the rod string will provide foundation for designing subsurface pumps and determining reasonable pump stroke. The stress behavior at every part of rod string will provide a basis for designing pumping units and determine the working load.
