| Abstract: | In the network times,in order to cultivate and improve the humanistic quality of university librarians,the university library should make efforts from five aspects:the first is the cultivation of the ideological and moral quality,the second is the increase of the professional technique and quality,the third is the cultivation of the library culture,the fourth is the cultivation of librarians' psychological quality,and the fifth is the lifelong education for the librarians. |
