| 摘 要： | 以果蝇为试验材料 ,研究了脂类混合物对果蝇寿命和脂褐素含量的影响 .结果表明 :混合脂类能明显延长果蝇平均寿命 ,有效地降低唾液腺细胞脂褐素含量 ,对其机理进行了分析探讨 .

| Abstract: | The paper looks on Drosophila melangaster as the experiment material,and studies the effect of lipids on the lifespan and the content of lipofuscin.As a result,lipids can lengthen the average lifespan of Drosophila melangaster obviously,decrease the lipofuscin content of salivary gland cell.It further accounts the mechanism of post poning decrepit. |
