响应面法优化茶叶多糖提取条件的研究

摘    要:采用水提法从茶叶中提取粗多糖,采用响应面Box-Behnken实验设计方法对提取时间、液固比和提取温度进行优化,从而获得最佳的多糖提取工艺.采用多元回归分析对实验数据进行拟合对并其进行统计学方差分析,得最佳提取条件为:提取时间106min,液固比30,提取温度64℃.在此优化条件下,粗多糖得率为13.26%,与预测值13.14%非常接近.

Abstract:The crude polysaccharides were extracted from the leaves of Camellia sinensis using water ex- traction method. Respond surface method based on Box-Behnken design was employed to obtain the best polysaccharides extraction process parameters.extraction time, water to the raw material ratio and ex- traction temperature. The experimental data were fitted using multiple regression analysis and also ana- lyzed by appropriate statistical method. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction time of 106 rain, water to the raw material ratio of 30 and extraction temperature of 64 ℃. Under these conditions, the exnerimental yield was 13.26% ,close the expected value of 13.14%.
