| 摘 要： | 公众参与是环境影响评价中重要的内容,随着可持续发展战略日益深入社会经济生活的各个方面,在环评中的作用越来越大.本文结合专项规划环境影响评价公众参与的实践,提出了提高专项规划环境影响评价公众参与有效性的措施与建议.

| Abstract: | Public participation is a very important part of environmental impact assessment and of the sustainable development of the society's economy.It plays an increasingly important role in environmental impact assessment.Combined with the practice of public participation in special-plan environmental impact assessment,this paper carries on the preliminary discussion of the efficiency of public participation and put forward a method to improve the the efficiency of public participation. |
