| 摘 要： | 尽管码率控制本身不作为视频标准的一个组成部分,但有效的码率控制机制对于视频编解码应用系统来说是一个必不可少的组成部分.因此,几乎每一个视频标准都相应有自己的一个或者多个码率控制策略.本文详细介绍了H.264/AVC中运用拉格朗日方法进行率失真优化的算法.它提供了一个有效的途径来选择最佳编码参数,使得在编码比特率和图像失真之间达到一个恰当的折中.

| Abstract: | Although rate control is not a part of video is absolutely necessary in video coding applications. coding standard, an effective rate control mechanism Therefore, almost every video coding standard has one rate control strategy and even more. This article introduces Lagrange Optimization technique, which has been used in H. 264/AVC, for Rate - Distortion Optimization. It provides a resultful approach to select the best coding parameters so that we can achieve the tradeoff between rate and video distortion. |
